Admissions & Applications

Contact the admissions desk if you need help choosing a program, understanding entry requirements, preparing documents, or planning an application deadline. Our advisors are familiar with the requirements of universities in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Switzerland, Singapore and across Europe.

When you write to us, it helps if you tell us:

  • The level you are applying for — foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate or short course.
  • The subject area you are interested in, and any programs you have already shortlisted.
  • Your current or expected qualifications, including English-language test scores such as IELTS or TOEFL.
  • Your target intake — for example, September 2026 or January 2027.
  • Any deadlines, scholarship applications or visa timelines you are working towards.

We cannot guarantee admission to any institution, and all decisions rest with the university. What we can do is help you prepare a strong, complete and well-timed application.

Student Support

Already learning with us? Our student support team helps with account questions, access to course materials, progress and certificates, and technical issues with videos, quizzes and live sessions.

What we can help with

  • Accessing a course, path or resource you have enrolled in.
  • Understanding how a pathway, module or certificate is structured.
  • Reporting a broken link, a missing file or a video that will not play.
  • Requesting an accessible format or additional language support.
  • Guidance on how to cite materials in your own academic work.

Please include your account email and, where relevant, the exact page you were using when the problem occurred. Screenshots are always appreciated and help us resolve issues faster.

Partnerships & Institutions

We collaborate with universities, language schools, schools, scholarship bodies and education agencies that share our commitment to accessible international education. If you would like to list programs, share course materials, co-host a webinar or explore a referral arrangement, our partnerships desk would be glad to hear from you.

In your first message, please describe:

  • Your institution and the countries or regions you serve.
  • The type of collaboration you have in mind.
  • Any accreditation, licensing or compliance requirements we should be aware of.
  • A named contact and the best time to reach them.

We review every partnership enquiry individually and aim to reply within three working days.

Press & Media

Journalists, bloggers and content creators are welcome to contact us for comment, data, interviews or background on international education trends, student mobility, language learning and global admissions. We can usually provide a spokesperson at short notice during working hours.

For press enquiries, use the subject line “Press” and tell us your outlet, your deadline and the angle of your story so that we can respond efficiently.

Global Presence

Our advisors and partner counsellors work remotely across four continents, with regional coordination in Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Because we operate as a distributed team, we do not maintain a public walk-in office; virtual appointments are available for applicants who would like a one-to-one session.

To book a virtual appointment, email us with two or three time slots that suit you, together with your time zone, and we will confirm a meeting link.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge for your programs?

No. The courses, pathways and resources published on this platform are free to access. Where a partner university charges tuition, that fee is set and collected by the university, not by us.

Can you guarantee that I will be admitted?

No one can guarantee admission, and any organisation that does should be treated with caution. We help you prepare, but every decision is made by the university's own admissions committee.

Do you write my personal statement for me?

We teach you how to write a compelling personal statement and give feedback on drafts, but the final work must be your own. Authenticity matters to admissions tutors.

Can I speak to an advisor in my language?

Our advisors communicate in English and several other major languages. Tell us your preferred language and we will route your enquiry to the best-placed colleague.

How do I report a problem with the website?

Email us with a short description of the issue, the page address and, if possible, a screenshot. Technical reports are usually triaged within one working day.
